New Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Renders Leak alongside Rumored base Price

A leak out of China yesterday 18th Oct 2016, supposedly show how much we should expect the Xiaomi Mi Note 2's top model to cost, and if the CNY 5,699 (around $846) price point show on the rumor turns out to be real this will be the most expensive smartphone from Xiaomi ever.

Those expecting the entry-level model to be cheaper, prepare to get your hopes crushed, as another rumor that showed up today claims there won't be a Mi Note 2 cheaper than CNY 4,999 (around $742 or €674) at the current exchange rates. Clearly then, the Mi Note 2 is becoming Xiaomi's first premium pricing devices.
Past rumors talking about the Mi Note 2 suggested that the device is powered with a Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 SoC, supported by 4GB or 6GB of RAM size and 64GB, 128GB or even 256GB of storage depending on how much you're willing to spend. The base model might come with just 1080p resolution too.

The Mi Note 2 will officially be unveiled by Xiaomi on the 25th of October, and it will go on sale in China on November 1.
