Tecno Camon CX - Features, Specifications, Pros and Cons


2016 was very busy for Tecno, with the company dropping first 13MP front facing camera smartphone, the Camon C9 with other high premium smartphones like the Phamton 6 and 6 Plus, its first Android 6.0 smartphone, Tecno W4 and others. Now, the African smartphone giant dropped the longly  rumored Camon CX and CX Air.

Lets take a look at the NEW Camon CX;

Tecno Camon CX (a.k.a Tecno Camon C10) is the latest and the superior of the member of Tecno’s Camon C Series family, the CX is a camera-focused smartphones, made for thoe that wants to bring the memory to life with quality camera. The Camon CX is the successor of the Tecno Camon C9, it has a secondary version for people who does not want to spend much called the Camon CX Air.

Camon CX boasts of genuine full metal build. It is a piece of art painstakingly carved out of a slab of premium aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, which has involved 272 delicate carving processes, 15 refining processes and hundreds of precise debugging processes. The sleek metal structure is finished with rounded chamfered edges and subtle curves to deliver an amazing touch as it looks.

The device sports a 5.5-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. This puts it at the same size and pixel density as its predecessor. The love of Camera and photography has always been the strength of the Camon series and here, Tecno has stepped it to a 16 megapixels camera both front and back.
