Vivo S1 Pro - Design and Display

The Vivo S1 Pro has a sleek and attractive design, the device is built around a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED notchless display that has a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The smartphone scores a screen-to-body ratio of 91.64%. It has a 32MP elevating selfie camera located at the top of the device.

Here, the notch design we have been seen in many smartphones in 2019 is missing. The unnotched full-screen display provides a stunning viewing experience. The border to the left and right is only 1.75mm and 2.22mm respectively. The display offers a complete powerful viewing experience both for gaming and video streaming.

At the back, the Vivo S1 Pro boasts a triple camera setup which includes a 48MP Quad-Bayer, 8MP wide-angle, 5MP depth sensing units and a LED light between the cameras. For selfies and video calls, it has a 32MP camera that pops up from the top (as mentioned before). The device is only available in two colors - Blue and Red.

On the left side, the device has a dedicated button to summon AI-based voice assistant Jovi

Vivo S1 Pro - Performance, Storage and Camera

Despite been midrange device, the S1 Pro offers a fast performance that can be able to withstand any kind of usage. It runs on a Snapdragon 675 SoC under the hood that is paired with either a 6GB or 8GB RAM to provide that superfast performance for gaming and multitasking.

Furthermore to the performance, the device is powered with Android Pie-based Funtouch OS 9 out-of-the-box to enhance and give the S1 Pro smooth performance and to create a smooth mobile game experience.

As for the storage, The 8GB Ram version comes with a 128GB internal storage, while the 6GB Ram has an internal 256GBstorage. This is massive storage capacity and honestly, this is a weird memory combo. The device also has a dedicated MicroSD slot and can be expandable up to 512GB. You will never have to worry about low storage space anymore.

As mention above, the Vivo S1 Pro comes with a triple rear camera setup which includes a 48MP Quad-Bayer main camera with F/1.78 aperture, 8MP post-wide angle camera with F/2.2 aperture, and 5MP post-shot with F/2.4 aperture.

In order to achieve a true full screen, it features a fully automatic liftable 32MP front camera. In the interior of the fuselage, the precision micro-stepping motor and lifting mechanism are put down, and the total lifting time is only 0.68s.

At the same time, the S1 Pro is also reliable in terms of ruggedness and safety. The pop-up camera can withstand strong pulling and twisting forces and can be used with peace of mind. Furthermore, the camera features include a Panorama, beauty, photo, video, AR shoot, and the video recording format is in MP4.

Vivo S1 Pro - Battery, Connectivity and Other Features

The S1 Pro comes with a normal 3,700 mAh battery which charges through a microUSB port. The battery has not been put to test yet, but hopefully, it can last a whole day under heavy usage.

Also, the devices have on-screen fingerprint technology, this is gradually becoming the standard of the current full-screen mobile phone, and the S1 Pro has been equipped with the fifth generation of photoelectric screen fingerprints that captures fast, elegant, and secure unlocking experiences.

As for the connectivity, it supports 4G connectivity option, Bluetooth, a USB 2.0, and OTG support on standby.
